The Wooden House German Gets Modern Makeover

Modern Germany, this traditional wooden design. FFM Frankfurt Architects designed the Domus Aurea, and named after the warm-colored wood covered facade. This former farmhouse, circa 1950, was demolished, in addition to the fireplace and re-adapt to modern needs. The newly renovated house has a lot of trees outside windows punctuate, and contains gaps in the main building to collect the home garden. The transition from the outside, the traditional style of the house moves ultra modern minimalist decor, a mostly white, punctuated by a simple palette of wood details, such as ladders and beams. Flooded with natural light throughout the house was warm and inviting light.
